511M Street is a contemporary design featuring a bold, cantilever, asymmetrical bay windows on the front facade. Open concept floor plans and floating steel stairs grace the interior and showcase the steel structure.

 

A rare double lot in the city, a fully new structure spanning the full width of the property was placed on the site. But unanticipated conditions with the neighbor's wall and foundation provided a challenge early in construction. Griggs Engineering provided timely solutions that helped the client continue construction and stay on schedule.
