Tucked into the Capitol Hill neighborhood this project showcases the blended stylings of WOD development and Lee Design Studios. From the curb, the development respects the Capitol Hill charm with generous roof setbacks and with textures keeping with the more than 100-year-old neighborhood. But from the rear, smooth modern cladding, solar electric panels, and no less than three decks greet you.

 

Griggs Engineering provided a specially designed TJI floor system that allowed penetrations, completely eliminating mechanical bulkheads while allowing the builder the cut-to-fit flexibility of a TJI floor system.
